Wow it's been a long time since I updated my journal...

So yeah, I haven't uploaded much in a while, save for those two drawings I posted up a couple days ago. Still drawing enough though.

I haven't been up to a whole lot, really. Haven't had any luck finding a summer job, so I've spent a lot more time than I'd like around the house entertaining myself. Recently got my hands on Command & Conquer The First Decade via a friend of mine from church. Can't say I was impressed with the first few games, but once it got to Red Alert II, things have really started to pick up.

As for contest entry for Kiki, it's in-progress. I'd been getting distracted and having other things come up that keep me pushing it back. Of course, I'd also think "Well, I've got plenty of time before the deadline..." and do something else instead. That worked out just great. /sarcasm >:/ I was afraid I'd have to go into ultra-mega-crunch-mode to get it done before the deadline, but then Kiki extended it, so now I've got more time. I'm going to try and not procrastinate on it, I do WANT to draw this crossover.

Other than that, I'll be uploading a character I drew for a forum RP character either tomorrow or the day after. Got a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I'm going to get my haircut as well.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. I have this little virus bug that acts like the flu, at least according to the doctor I do. If it is, this virus is the worst flu imitator of all time. :/ Still, on antibiotics and tomorrow's my follow-up to see how things are going. I'm thinking it will be a quasi-positive one, because I've been feeling pretty good.

I also want this blasted virus gone because it means while I'm taking the medication the doctor prescribed, I can't have caffeine or, and here's the real kicker, spicy food. Which means no hot sauce. Or Pepsi, for that matter. TT_TT

So yeah... You should see me uploading some more stuff later.
